Initial Assessment

We start together by evaluating your requirements, so that I can understand your goals and the data you have. By doing this I can get a clear understanding of what you need and can tailor my approach accordingly.

Design and Planning

I will research similar challenges faced by others and study the relevant literature. The goal is to explore the possibility of using well-established solutions to save money and time. If not possible, I will work to develop a custom solution.

Implementation

In this phase, I will propose you a plan that includes an estimation of costs and time. I will also be able to give you a rough estimate of the expected performances and functionalities of the model, to decide whether or not to continue.

Deployment and Monitoring

After testing, the algorithm is deployed into your environment. At this point the algorithm is working, but I’ll keep a close eye on its performance and make updates as needed to adapt to any changes in your requirements or data.
